This is ... WOW... and confirmed as authentic.

Letter To Obama at Whitehouse Sent from 95 year Old Pearl Harbor Survivor !! Fantastic!!

WW II Battleship sailor tells Obama to shape up or ship out !

This venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now. He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor , allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can't figure out what country you are the president of.
You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
" We're no longer a Christian nation"
" America is arrogant" - (Your wife even
announced to the world," America is mean-
spirited. " Please tell her to try preaching
that nonsense to 23 generations of our
war dead buried all over the globe who
died for no other reason than to free a
whole lot of strangers from tyranny and
hopelessness.)
I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue . You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts , who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.
You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.
And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle...

Sincerely,
Harold B. Estes

Controversial... What about profiling???

I, like many, do not want the government intruding where they do not belong. That being said, what exactly is bad about profiling? I don't believe that any one race, religion, gender or orientation is worthy of profiling against a particular crime. HOWEVER, the politically correct way of applying to all the restrictions based on the actions of some is no better. I am going to make some generalizations in the following paragraphs that I challenge reasonable dispute. If there is a good argument, please comment and share.

1. The majority of illegal immigrants in the United States are Hispanic.
2. Asian girls that work in massage parlors are probably illegal and slaves.
3. Most of the terrorists attacks in the world in the last 20 years have been carried out by radicals, most, not all who are Islamic.
4. In urban centers, gang membership is primarily either Hispanic or Black youth.
5. High dollar white collar crimes are mostly carried out by white men.
6. Low income children are more likely to become low income adults.

This is only a very few of the "generalizations" that one can make. Ask yourself if any of them are untrue; not politically incorrect, but untrue. Do these generalizations make profiling OK? That is the million dollar question. I submit that profiling is not inherently bad, but the complete avoidance of it is.

If you go to the airport today, in order to prevent the appearance of profiling, a 90 year old that walks with a walker and can barely get through airport security is required to remove their shoes and may be "randomly" chosen for an enhanced search. What good does that serve? There has NEVER been a terrorist that is elderly and walks with a walker.

If you are driving down the highway and see a Chevy van with 14 people inside, what would you guess the race of those people would be? Now... ask yourself, if you automatically assumed what I am pretty sure you did, isn't that profiling. Now, is that wrong or is that a law enforcement tool?

Here is the issue in my opinion. Not that profiling is bad but that it is abused. Holding law enforcement responsible to not abuse their charter is the solution to the profiling issue. I believe that if you meet the profile, you should be happy to be subject to questioning. If you have nothing to hide, then you have nothing to worry about. Those who are worried about getting caught are the ones who don't like profiling.

Just my thoughts.... yours???

Arizona gets it right... but was it ever wrong???

This week the Governor of Arizona signed immigration laws into effect for the State of Arizona. These laws make it illegal to be in the State of Arizona if you do not have legal residence in the United States. The law also "allows" police officers to ask about immigration status when probable cause is present. This is, in my opinion a good start towards real reform. The problem is, there is nothing in the Arizona law that hasn't existed for years in federal law.

The United States federal law was the template for the Arizona law that everyone is protesting right now. The law, in place for many years has simply not been enforced. What I find interesting is the probable cause issue. Based on the interpretation of this law, I can see illegal immigrants having their arrests reversed because they are illegal immigrants but the police officer didn't do a good enough job establishing probable cause.

If they are here illegally, there shouldn't need to be probable cause. If they are here legally than it shouldn't matter as long as there is no profiling. If the national ID card go through then there will be no reason to need probable cause anyway because if you don't have a national ID, then you obviously are here illegally.

I love the left wing of this country... they don't even realize that the thing they are most against will be made easier and more effective by the things that they want the most.

I LOVE IT...

Consider today the ruling by the federal appeals court that forbids the National Day of Prayer. The judge issuing the ruling based it on the "founders" principles of the Constitution.

The problem, the Constitution is not about freedom FROM religion but rather freedom OF religion. Article 1 of the Constitution states the Congress shall make NO LAW respecting the establishment of religion or the free exercise thereof. (paraphrased)

I don't care if you pray or not. I don't care if you believe in a higher power or not, what I do care about is the intrusion of government into another aspect of the American existence. I will keep saying the same thing. Our families and forefathers have fought and died for our rights and for the principles of the Constitution, WE CANNOT LET THE ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL PROGRESSIVES TAKE OUR COUNTRY FROM US.

{{{FALSE}}} READ ABOVE POST>>>THIS IS RIDICULOUS...

General Bill Ginn' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played. The General stated to Obama that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Or, at the very least, "Stand and Face It".

NOW GET THIS !! - - - - -

'Senator' Obama replied:
"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides". "There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression.." "The anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all that sort of thing."

(ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???)

Obama continued: "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing'. If that were our anthem, then, I might salute it. In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we, as a Nation of waring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments ."

When I become President, I will seek a pact of agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past".
"Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path.. My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country's First black Family. Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America "

WHAAAAAAAT, the Hell is that!!!

Yes, you read it right. I, for one, am speechless!!!
Dale Lindsborg, Washington Post

For my part... I say IMPEACH the traitor... but that's just me. In the meantime, we have to stop every single initiative that this ANTI-AMERICAN President puts forward.
Everything he does has a hidden agenda that is part of his "fundamental change of America". God help us survive this presidential term with an intact Country.

What the HELL is wrong with American Exceptionalism???

Here is what you need to consider. 50 years ago, it was 1960, and when you played youth sports as I did, you learned to lose. When you failed at school, you failed. When companies could no longer make payroll, they declared bankruptcy and were reorganized through judicial mandate. If you were not good at your job, you either left on your own or were fired. Those who succeeded were rewarded with better lives than their parents.

Fast forward to now... We don't want to keep score at youth sporting events because we don't want to hurt any one's feelings. If you are failing at school, you will be placated by lowering the standards of everyone else to meet the standard of the lowest common denominator. When companies cannot make payroll, the government will come in and bail the company out and the people who ran it into the ground still get their multi-million dollar bonuses. If you aren't capable to do your job or worse, choose to do poorly, you are protected by labor unions and ridiculous formalities that allow you to continue regardless of performance.

And the worst of all... When hard work and tenacity propel you to success, you are penalized by unfair taxation and redistribution of what you have earned. For every dollar that you make as much as 50-60% goes to various taxes. If you do well enough to buy property, you are taxed on that as well. When you choose to send your children to a private school, you not only pay their tuition, but you are taxed at the same level regardless of your choice not to participate in government run education. If you have health insurance, now you will be taxed on that as well; especially if it is a good plan that provides good coverage.

We have very few choices left. We will either stand up for American exceptionalism or accept our fate. The fate that we have chosen and allowed to perpetuate by our silence. When people decided that feelings were more important than lessons, the lessons ceased. When failure no longer has consequences there is no reason to avoid it. And when success no longer carries reward, then there will be no more effort. Karl Marx declared clearly what America is headed towards when he said "to each according to his need and from each according to his ability". If you do not believe that the path we are on is destructive and will ultimately result in the downfall of the United States, then continue to do nothing. If you do want America to be the country it was and can be again, then stand up and be counted. Vote in November, make your voices heard via email and calling your congressmen and senators, participate in a political rally, just do SOMETHING.

If you choose to do nothing... you cannot say anything about the results.
