The progressives, republicans and democrats in this great Country are leading us on a path of destruction. The way of life that our preceding generations worked and died for is being systematically taken apart one entitlement program at a time. It is the founding fathers who warned us of the folly of large government and the subsequent loss of freedom and liberty that would ultimately follow if we, as a people gave up freedom for security.

I will add to this blog every day as possible, especially when there are miscarriages of our freedoms and liberties at the hands of our Government. I trust the people of America to decide that America was founded in the principle of hard work and rewarding the industry of that work. It is not the responsibility of the Government to "take care of the less fortunate", but is the responsibility of the people. We have proven we are a generous people with the recent disaster in Haiti, let us turn that generosity inward and take care of our own who are unable (note: not unwilling) to care for themselves.
